The springs: Lido Palms Resort & Spa surrounds a private courtyard featuring two in-ground pools – one for soaking and one for swimming. Both pools are filled with the award-winningly delicious, odorless mineral water that leaves skin feeling soft and silky. The swimming pool is kept right around 95° degrees, the perfect temperature to enjoy Ai Chi; a meditative movement practiced in the water. Group sessions are free to guests every Saturday afternoon.
The adjacent outdoor jetted tub is maintained at 103° degrees for those who like the therapeutic benefits of a deeper soak. Finally, a third soaking option for guests who need something right in the middle – an indoor soaking tub also filled with the natural mineral water, and kept right at 101° degrees. The indoor tub is perfect for those windy days, or for those who need to get out of the sun.
